Place of Data Processing The processing of data related to the web services of this site takes place at the headquarters of Energia Capitale ESCo S.r.l. and at “SiteGround,” which provides the site’s hosting service, and is handled by the personnel, duly appointed for the processing. If necessary, the data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the Data Controller or subjects appointed by it at their respective locations.

Data Processed The software procedures and the IT systems used to operate this website may acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of all Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, the type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site, the name of the Internet service provider (ISP), the date and time of the visit, the web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit, possibly the number of clicks, and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. Data Provided Voluntarily by the User The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site and the filling in of specific forms, including the submission of a Curriculum Vitae for a possible working relationship, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address and any other personal data included in the electronic communication, including the email address and any attachments, as well as the sender/user’s data necessary to respond to booking requests or to provide the requested services. These data are voluntarily provided by the user at the time of the request for service provision. The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary to provide the service. Except for the data specified for navigation, the user is free to provide their personal data or otherwise indicate them to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide such personal data may result in the impossibility of fulfilling the user’s requests. The information that users of the site deem to make public through the services and tools made available to them is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any responsibility regarding any violations of the law. It is up to the user to verify that they have permission to input personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.

User Rights Pursuant to Art. 13, paragraph 2 of Regulation EU 2016/679, the user is informed that, at any time, they have the right to obtain from the data controller access to their personal data, rectification or deletion of the same, or limitation of the processing concerning them, to oppose their processing, as well as the right to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, the authority responsible for overseeing data processing in Italy. Data Security This site processes user data lawfully and correctly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, categories of persons in charge involved in the site’s organization (administrative, marketing, commercial, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data.
