The following information is provided in accordance with Regulation 679/2016 (EU) GDPR on the protection of personal data to users using the services accessible from the web address http:/www.energiacapitale.com and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user via links contained therein.

The purpose of this document is to provide indications on the methods, times and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when connecting to the Energia Capitale web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection itself, in accordance with Italian and European legislation.

Place of data processing

The processing of data connected to the web services of this site takes place at the head office of Energia Capitale S.r.l. and at SiteGround, which provides the site hosting service, and is handled by staff duly appointed to the processing.

If necessary, the data connected with the newsletter service may be processed by the Data Processor or persons appointed by him at the relevant premises.

PROCESSED DATA

The software procedures and computer systems used to operate this website may acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of all Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site and the filling in of the specifically provided “forms” (masks), including the sending of the Curriculum Vitae for a possible working relationship, entail the subsequent acquisition of the e-mail address and any other personal data included in the electronic communication, including the e-mail address and any attachments, as well as the sender’s/user’s data, necessary to reply to the booking requests or to provide the requested services.

This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user when requesting the provision of the service. The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service.

Except as specified for navigation data, users are free to provide their personal data or in any case to indicate them in order to request the dispatch of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide such personal data may, however, make it impossible to fulfil your requests.

The information that users of the site choose to make public through the services and tools made available to them is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this ì site from any liability for any violation of the law. It is up to the user to verify that he or she has the permissions to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.

Outside of these cases, the data will not be communicated or disseminated, except where necessary to comply with requests from the Judicial or Public Security Authorities.

METHODS OF TREATMENT

In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of data processors involved in the organisation of the site (administrative, marketing, commercial, legal, system administrators) or external parties such as (e.g.) third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data.
