The following information is provided in accordance with Regulation 679/2016 (EU) GDPR on the protection of personal data to users using the services accessible from the web address http:/ and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user via links contained therein.

The purpose of this document is to provide indications on the methods, times and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when connecting to the Energia Capitale web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection itself, in accordance with Italian and European legislation.

Place of data processing

The processing of data connected to the web services of this site takes place at the head office of Energia Capitale S.r.l. and at SiteGround, which provides the site hosting service, and is handled by staff duly appointed to the processing.

If necessary, the data connected with the newsletter service may be processed by the Data Processor or persons appointed by him at the relevant premises.



The software procedures and computer systems used to operate this website may acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of all Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the site, the name of the internet service provider (ISP), date and time of the visit, the visitor’s web page of origin (referal) and exit, possibly the number of clicks, and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

The aforementioned information is collected in aggregate form in order to verify the correct operation of the site or for security reasons, such as ascertaining responsibility in the event of offences.

Except for the latter eventuality, the data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the activities specified and, in any case, no longer than 2 years.


The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site and the filling in of the specifically provided “forms” (masks), including the sending of the Curriculum Vitae for a possible working relationship, entail the subsequent acquisition of the e-mail address and any other personal data included in the electronic communication, including the e-mail address and any attachments, as well as the sender’s/user’s data, necessary to reply to the booking requests or to provide the requested services.

This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user when requesting the provision of the service. The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service.

Except as specified for navigation data, users are free to provide their personal data or in any case to indicate them in order to request the dispatch of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide such personal data may, however, make it impossible to fulfil your requests.

The information that users of the site choose to make public through the services and tools made available to them is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this ì site from any liability for any violation of the law. It is up to the user to verify that he or she has the permissions to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.
